Privacy
How this website handles information.
Project inquiries are stored so our production team can respond. Basic first-party website measurements help us understand whether the website is useful, without advertising trackers, cookies, or device fingerprinting.
Production call requests
The production call form asks for the type of work, your name, and your email address. You may also provide a phone number, date or target window, city and venue or site, and any call topics you choose to share. When the website accepts the form, it stores those fields with the submission time, the page that led you to the form, and any campaign tags included in the page address. It then gives you a project reference number.
We use this information to prepare for the call, evaluate availability and fit, plan the requested work, prepare a scope or estimate, and maintain records related to that business conversation. The request remains stored even if an internal email notification cannot be delivered. When email notifications are enabled, the same request is sent through our transactional email provider so a member of the production team can respond.
If you choose “Open email draft instead,” nothing is sent by the website. Your email provider and ours process the message after you review it and press Send in your email app.
Scheduling links
After the website saves a call request, it may offer a link to an external scheduling service. The scheduling service receives information only after you choose to follow that link and is governed by its own privacy terms. The website does not include your form answers or project reference number in the scheduling URL.
First-party website measurement
The website records a limited set of events: page views; production-call, phone, email, and scheduling-link clicks; and form starts and successful submissions. Each event contains the page path, a short button label where relevant, and campaign source, medium, or campaign values when they are present in the current page address.
These event records do not contain inquiry-form fields and are not associated with a user, session, advertising, or device identifier. The site does not set analytics cookies, use browser fingerprinting, or store a raw IP address or browser user agent in its inquiry and event database. The web host may separately retain ordinary connection and request information in operational, access, and security logs.
Retention and access
We retain project inquiries and related business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan work, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Anonymous first-party website event records are retained for up to 400 days. To ask us to locate, correct, or delete information associated with an inquiry, provide the project reference number or the email address used to contact us.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, confidential medical information, sensitive security details, or information you do not have permission to share. The form is not a secure file-transfer service.
